Best practices for reaching out
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:- A clear description – What you were trying to do and what you expected to happen.
- Request details – The endpoint you called (for example,
POST /api/v1/validate-single-email) and approximate timestamp. - Safe key reference – If relevant, share only the first few characters of your API key so we can identify the account. Never paste the full key.
- Error information – Any HTTP status codes, error messages, or snippets of the response body (with sensitive data removed).
