If your question involves production traffic or deliverability concerns, mention that in the subject line so we can prioritize appropriately.
Best practices for reaching out
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- A clear description – What you were trying to do and what you expected to happen.
- Request details – The endpoint you called (for example,
POST /api/v1/validate-single-email) and approximate timestamp.
- Safe key reference – If relevant, share only the first few characters of your API key so we can identify the account. Never paste the full key.
- Error information – Any HTTP status codes, error messages, or snippets of the response body (with sensitive data removed).
Whenever possible, check the documentation and API reference first—many common questions are already covered there.
