The Enrichley plugin is the easiest and recommended way to use Enrichley in Claude. One install gives you two things at once:
  • the connection to your Enrichley account (the MCP server), and
  • a bundled skill that teaches Claude how Enrichley works — discoveries, previews, quotes, credits, and when to ask before spending.
It works everywhere you use Claude: the app on web and desktop, Cowork, and Claude Code.
The skill is only available through the plugin. If you add the connection on its own (the connector), Claude gets the tools but not the guidance skill — so it’s less reliable at multi-step lead work.

Install

Works in both Chat and Cowork, on the web app and the desktop app. Once installed, it also syncs to the Claude mobile app automatically.

Open the plugin directory

In Claude’s left sidebar, open Customize, then the Plugins tab.
In Cowork, open the Cowork tab first, then Customize → Plugins.

Add the Enrichley marketplace

Select Add → Add marketplace → Add from a repository. Open the repository picker, paste this URL, select Use, leave Sync automatically on, and select Sync:

Install the plugin

Open Enrichley and select Add. You’ll see “Enrichley is installed and ready to use.” Typing / in any chat now shows the using-enrichley skill.

Connect your account — don't skip this

Installing the plugin does not sign you in yet. Open the Enrichley plugin, go to Connectors · 1, and select Connect. The connector details are already filled in (https://mcp.enrichley.io/mcp)—select Add, then select Connect again. In the browser authorization flow, review each consent screen and select Allow on both.
This connect step is the one people miss. Until you do it, Claude can see Enrichley’s tools but can’t reach your account.

Choose what runs automatically (optional)

Go to Customize → Connectors → enrichley to see all of Enrichley’s tools. For each one, pick Always allow (runs without asking) or leave it to ask you each time. Free, read-only tools like checking your balance are safe to always allow; paid runs always quote-and-confirm regardless.
On mobile? You can’t install plugins from the Claude mobile app. Install it once on the web or desktop app (steps above) and it syncs to your phone automatically.

Verify it works

Start a new chat and ask:
“Check my Enrichley credit balance.”
Claude runs the free enrichley_get_account_status tool and shows your available credits. The first time it uses a tool, Claude asks permission — choose Allow once or Always allow. In the Claude app the result comes back as a tidy credits card; in Claude Code it’s plain text. Then try:
“Create a lookalike list from stripe.com and show me a free preview.”

Plugin vs. connector

Both reach the same account, tools, and prices. The difference is the skill:
  • Install the plugin (recommended) — you get the tools and the skill, so Claude is noticeably better at multi-step lead work and careful about spending. In the Claude app, this is the only way to get the skill.
  • Add the connector on its own (Setup) — for other MCP clients like Cursor, VS Code, or Codex, or if you only want the raw tools. You get the tools but not the skill.

Update

  • Claude app: updates automatically — leave Sync automatically on when you add the marketplace.
  • Claude Code: run claude plugin update enrichley@enrichley, then restart.

Uninstall

Open Customize → Plugins → Enrichley, then choose Uninstall from the ⋯ menu. To also remove the connection, go to Customize → Connectors → enrichley → Disconnect.
